We can not find the download link after we bought the product!

If you look at the top-right of the web page, select the pull-down next to your name, then select "Client Area".  The link should show up under the Purchases tab

Hi,  We had paid for the shroud runtime(all platform), but we can not find the download link of it.

We need your help as soon as possible. Thanks.

I had entered into the "Client Area", CloakWorks Community -> Client Area -> Purchases -> Shroud Runtime(All Platforms).

I can see three buttons on the right of that web page: "New Support Request", "Change Package",  "Write A Review".

 

But no download button!

 

By the way, can I have your E-mail address?

There was an error with the site that prevented that item from being listed.  You should be able to browse to that item now and download it.  Sorry for the inconvenience!!!!
