We can not find the download link after we bought the product!

Hi, We had paid for the shroud runtime(all platform), but we can not find the download link of it.
We need your help as soon as possible. Thanks.

I had entered into the "Client Area", CloakWorks Community -> Client Area -> Purchases -> Shroud Runtime(All Platforms).
I can see three buttons on the right of that web page: "New Support Request", "Change Package", "Write A Review".
But no download button!
By the way, can I have your E-mail address?
